• Served for Mahatlal Group of J Companies. There by retired as a Senior Assistant, Export Department after 29 years of Service. After joining as a Sport Director Ryan International Club (Xavier Group of Schools). Shri Dayanand Kumar grew from a very humble background started his sports, welfare & social work in 1971 at Borivali in Maharashtra at a youthful age of 25 years for the benefit of the residents of the area in providing better sports activities and social activities, starting his sports career in Mumbai from 1971 as a Mumbai District, State National - International Runner - represented for District level, State level, National level for many years and won the many Gold Medals.
• Many State and National records Represented India for Asian and World Veternans Athletic Meets. Represented India as Athlete and Technical Official to U.K. (London), Sri Lanka, Singapore, China, Thailand, Malaysia, Burma, Nepal, Bonk Kong Bahrain Official 7" South Asian Games.
• Indian coach for Asian Junior Triathlon Champion ship at Hong Kong 2018 Co-coordinator All Maharashtra State Team at National Games 2017 at Guwathi and 35 National Games at Kerala. Official at 3 Youth Common Wealth Games 2008. General Manager for Indian Team to mercantile meet at Sri Lank and World Master Games at Australia.
• Received many awards like Gunawanth Kreeda Karyakat Award from Govt, of Maharashtra, Sanmana from Krishna Janmastami Samiti, Mangalore, Youth Sports and Welfare Department, Mangalore, Billawara Association Sanmana Patra from Karuna Kreeda Prashasti from Borivali, Mumbai.
